The XHDK-PLC series control system produced by our company adopts advanced computer control and industrial network technology to realize four-level control: upper computer program control> lower computer program control> console manual control > near control (cabinet control).

Introduction of Equipment

The master control system is composed of industrial control computer (upper computer) and programmable controller (lower computer). The upper computer is an industrial computer with high performance and relibility. The lower computer uses the programmable logic controller (PLC) widely used in industrial control as the special controller for stage equipment. Industrial Ethernet is used to communicate between industrial computer and programmable logic controller (PLC), TCP/IP data transmission protocol is used, protocol converter and adapter are not needed, the time delay of sending and receiving data packets is very short, and the data transmission rate is 100 Mbps. By connecting the special stage controller with the direct controller, the fast and accurate control can be realized.

The central processing unit of the system uses PROFIBUS-DP industrial field bus to communicate with distributed field slave station. The data transmission rate can reach 12 Mbps. Field equipment provides output data and input data to main controller according to master/slave principle. PROFIBUS conforms to IEC61158 and EN50170. It is a powerful, open and stable Fieldbus with fast response time. It can fully meet the real-time requirements of stage machinery control system and support the PROFIBUS-DP communication protocol. Using high-performance software tools to configure and parameterize field equipment, motion control and process monitoring and diagnosis of any stage equipment linked to PROFIBUS-DP node in theatre are carried out. The main controller communicates with the direct controller by DP communication, which is characterized by fast data transmission speed, failure of one equipment and no influence on the operation of other equipment. The main contoller is composed of two levels of control (industrial computer plus PLC), and the main controller is composed of PLC and remote control module, which realizes the functions of program control, centralized control and single control of the system. The equipment has high reliability, simple maintenance and perfect control function.

Encoder is used to detect travel and speed, which makes the system form a full digjtal control system, improves the control accuracy of the system, and the system has good repetitive positioning accuracy.

The control system has a main console and a control cabinet. The main console is the core of the system. It coordinates the equipment of the whole system through PC, PLC, touch screen and control keys. It has many functions, such as data acquisition, display, exchange, storage, backup and response, control command sending, equipment operation and so on. The console has automatic control and manual control functions. The control cabinet is equipped with cabinet-controlled keyboard and keys, which can directly and manually operate various mechanical equipment.
